Account Deletion Disclaimer

By requesting the deletion of your account with Connectia - IA ITB, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Permanent Data Loss: Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, all personal information, usage data, and any associated records will be permanently removed from our systems. This includes your profile, messages, activity history, and any stored preferences.
2. No Recovery: After deletion, your account and associated data cannot be recovered. Please ensure that you have backed up any information you may need before proceeding.
3. Data Retention for Legal Purposes: Certain information may be retained for a limited period of time in compliance with legal, regulatory, or security obligations. However, this data will no longer be linked to your identity and will only be used for lawful purposes.
4. Third-Party Services: If your account is linked to third-party services or applications, deletion of your Connectia account does not guarantee the deletion of data stored by these third parties. Please review their respective data policies to understand how your information is handled after account deletion.
5. Processing Time: Account deletion requests may take up to 90 days to process. During this period, your account will remain inactive but accessible until the deletion process is complete.
